Depending on your capacity, your activity or your relationship with INJECTIS, we process the following personal data about you:

INJECTIS processes your personal data for different purposes depending on how and why you interact with INJECTIS.
Recruitment
When you spontaneously apply or respond to one of our vacancies, we process your personal data for the purpose of further handling the recruitment process. This processing is based on our legitimate interest, namely finding a suitable candidate for the position. This interest is always weighed against your interest as an applicant.
If we do not currently have a suitable vacancy available for you, but we would like to keep you on our database for any future vacancies, we will always seek your permission to do so.
Contact form website
When you contact us through the contact form on our website, we process your personal contact data in order to manage and respond to your inquiries. The processing of your personal data in this case is based on our legitimate interest, in particular fulfilling your request after you contact us.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address. This processing is based on your consent.
If you are an INJECTIS customer, you will also receive our newsletter. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping our customers informed of our activities.

Customer management
When you are an INJECTIS customer, we process all the data necessary to create our customer record and execute our agreement. For example, your contact details, VAT number, account number, etc. This processing is based on the agreement between you and INJECTIS.
If you act as a contact person for one of our customers, we will hold your contact details so that we can contact you directly. This includes your name, telephone number and e-mail address. Such processing is in our legitimate interest, i.e. the efficient contacting of our suppliers.
Supplier Management
If you are a supplier to INJECTIS, we process the personal data of our contact person with you as a supplier. This is always purely your contact details such as name, e-mail address and possibly a telephone number. Such processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement between us and you or is in our legitimate interest, i.e. the efficient contacting of our suppliers.
With whom do we share your personal data?
We always process your personal data with the necessary care and in compliance with the relevant data protection legislation. As such, we never share your personal data with third parties, unless this is necessary to provide our services to you.
